About the Job
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high‑level support to our C‑suite and ensure the smooth running of our Head Office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and can confidently represent senior leaders internally and externally.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide confidential, proactive support to the C‑suite
Manage complex diaries, travel, meetings and Board administration
Coordinate reports, papers and documents to a high professional standard
Oversee office operations, reception, facilities and suppliers
Support HR administration including onboarding, absence and employee files
Lead internal events and assist with key business projects
Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders
About You:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting senior leadership
Outstanding organisation, communication and multitasking skills
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)
Discretion, professionalism and the ability to work under pressure
Experience managing admin staff (desirable)
Knowledge of HR administrative processes (desirable)
